All downtime has been resolved and our game is joinable accross all devices once again.

Unfortunatly this is not looking to be a roblox issue and we appologies for the confusion but it appears to be an issue on our end that was not successfuly identified there for our main game (Grangewood Drive Store) is once again facing downtime. Our oncall team is once again attempting to fix this issue and we appologies for any inconvinience.

We have completed our investigation and have concluded that this is a Roblox issue however most people are now able to join the game again on the effected devices therefore all services will return to operational.

We have now identified the issue to be a roblox issue and we are now attempting a complete reset of all online servers to hopefully resolve this issue.

Our sevices had flagged a joining issue to the main game (Portbay Retail Grangewood Drive Store) and is currently effecting joining from Console and Mobile devices. Limited information is currently known and our oncall team are currently attempting to resolve this.
